Foreword from HBS Managing Director John Airola

For many of us, it is faith that carried us through 2020 and into 2021. We’ve seen incredible strength and adaptability along the way. We hold our commitment to making it easier for you to do the job of your ministry while we work to accommodate you, monitoring the effects of the pandemic and responding preemptively.

To that end, we work diligently in that vein:

Waiving COVID-19 testing fees for eligible participants.
Extending virtual care to include both In and Out of Network visits via phone or video.
Implementing opportunities for either on-site flu shot clinics or the option to visit a lab (promoting COVID-19 safety precautions).
Paying PCORI fees on behalf of all Trust Members out of Trust assets, exceeding $600,000 to date.
Providing a rate pause for dental and vision coverage.
Creating COVID-19 resources for educational support.

I appreciate our team at HBS who has worked tirelessly to keep focused and rise to the challenges this pandemic has brought, finding new opportunities to serve you in 2021.
