Express Scripts
Like many health care, financial services, and tech companies, Christian Brothers Services’ pharmacy manager, Express Scripts, is taking an additional step to protect our participants' personal information. Express Scripts now requires the use of two-step verification for online account access.
After you enter your single-sign-on connection and are directed to the Express Scripts site, you will be presented with a two-step verification enrollment screen. Two-step verification, also called multi-factor authentication (MFA), adds an extra layer of protection to your Express Scripts account by requiring your password plus a unique code in order to log in.
The first time you attempt to log in after Express Scripts has introduced two-step verification this October, you will be required to complete the setup process before you can access your account. A code will be sent to the email you used to register your account. You will then use that code to complete the two-step verification.
If accessing the Express Scripts website or mobile app from a trusted device, you will have an option to "remember this device," which means you will not need to enter a one-time passcode the next time you log in from that same device.
If you needs help or support, Express Scripts will have a Website Support team standing by to assist.
