ACA Forms Available

Affordable Care Act 1095-B forms are ready for viewing through the member portal. Log into your myHealth account and select ACA 1095-B Form from the MyAccount menu on the left-hand side.

You will be directed to the ACA form screen and may view and print 1095-B Forms for years 2015-2022 by clicking the drop-down menu. If you have any ACA questions, please send an email to HBServices.ACA@cbservices.org.

IVR Implementation

Christian Brothers Health Benefit Services implemented Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology complimenting the existing call center. The technology in its most basic form allows you an option to self-serve to order ID cards, inquire on a claims mailing address, or confirm coverage eligibility for applicable coverages (Medical/Dental/Vision). During any part of the IVR interaction, you will always have the option to speak to a live agent.

Easy ordering with Express Scripts

Managing prescriptions is easy with Express Scripts Inc. Check out the Express Scripts website to manage your medication. For added convenience, download the Express Scripts Mobile App and keep track of your medicine anytime, anywhere. Through the ESI website or mobile app you can refill prescriptions, set up reminders and track orders. To access Express Scripts, log in to mycbs.org/health and select My Prescription Drugs and Prescriptions or you can download the Express Scripts mobile app on Apple App Store on get it on Google Play.
