World No Tobacco Day is Monday, May 31, calling on individuals to “commit to quit,” for one’s own health and of those around them. The World Health Organization (WHO), is reaching out to the millions of tobacco users saying they want to quit amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Christian Brothers Employee Benefit Trust (CBEBT) offers a program to help participants to embrace a healthier lifestyle. The Quit for Life® program is available free to CBEBT participants through Optum.
