Mental Health Support: As a Christian Brothers Employee Benefit Trust member, you have several mental health resources available through Animo, MyCatholic Doctor and Teladoc Health.
Animo: Animo provides web and mobile tools to help you address stress, depression, anxiety and general emotional fitness through self-guided sessions and Textcoach® text therapy, all in a safe and secure environment. Members can get started by visiting goanimo.com and entering code: cbebt.
MyCatholicDoctor: To make an appointment, members can visit mycbs.org/health and click on "MyCatholicDoctor." Once an appointment is scheduled, members will receive a link to an online consultation room for a video visit via Zoom. Members should download the Zoom app for their computer, tablet or mobile device prior to the visit.
Teladoc Health: Teladoc offers confidential access to mental health professionals in the setting of your choice. You choose from board-certified psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, therapists or counselors. Members can log into your account at mycbs.org/health and click “My Teladoc” or register via Teladoc.com or 800.835.2362.
