Welcome to this edition of Risk Factor! Since our last publication, we have been hard at work improving how we can be a stronger strategic partner with each of you. This year has been exciting as we have welcomed new accounts and added lines of coverage for a number of our members, further expanding our support for your risk management needs.
A key focus has been investing in driver training initiatives, ensuring that we continually enhance how we communicate with and support our members. Additionally, we have conducted an extensive review of our workers’ compensation coverage rates, aligning them with the ongoing reduction in workers’ compensation trends. This adjustment is designed to help reduce costs for our members, while still maintaining the high-quality coverage you expect.
We are also pleased to report that our new system, Origami, is progressing on schedule. We look forward to launching it in 2025 as a key step in enhancing the member experience through greater efficiency and communication.
We hope you enjoy this edition of Risk Factor. Inside, you will find insightful articles that dive into whether you should increase your cyber liability coverage, how to best prepare your facilities for winter weather, and a case study on the high costs of a workplace slip-and-fall incident, with practical strategies to reduce your organization’s exposure to similar risks.
As always, we thank you and appreciate your continued partnership.
Warm regards,
Chad
